8i Bootstrap Plan

Windows CMD as Administrator when installing system tools:
  py -m pip install --upgrade pip
  py -m pip install -r requirements_8i.txt

Core GUI packages:
  py -m pip install PyQt6 psutil pillow

Recommended organism packages:
  py -m pip install zstandard watchdog rich numpy pyqtgraph blake3 requests pyttsx3

Optional local model stack:
  Install Ollama separately, then pull a small coder model such as qwen2.5-coder:1.5b if available.
  Or install llama.cpp / LM Studio and keep GGUF models in the models folder.

System tools to install manually by name:
  Python 3.11 or 3.12, Git, Visual Studio Code, Microsoft Visual Studio Build Tools,
  7-Zip, Windows Terminal, PowerShell, optional Rust toolchain, optional Node.js LTS.

No secrets in this folder. API keys belong in environment variables only.

Doctrine:
  DNA is functional grammar, not semantic. Every .sd stage must verify SHA-256. SEND BOOK is read-only.
